1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Siluse (the “App”), published by Wohi (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains what information the App handles, how local game information is used, and the choices available to users.

2. Information We Collect

Wohi does not collect personal or sensitive user data through Siluse. The App does not ask users to provide a name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, account credentials, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, files, advertising identifiers, or other personal information.

Siluse does not include user registration or login functionality.

3. Local Game Data

To provide gameplay features, Siluse stores limited game information locally on the user's device. This may include:

• high scores and best streaks;
• game progress, achievements and locally generated statistics;
• selected game mode and visual theme;
• sound, haptic or other in-app preferences; and
• local Daily Challenge information needed for offline gameplay.

This information is used only to provide and remember App functionality. It is not transmitted to Wohi, sold, shared with advertisers, or used to identify the user.

4. Data Sharing

Siluse does not share personal or sensitive user data with Wohi, advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties because the App is not designed to collect such data.

Siluse does not contain advertising, analytics tracking, social sign-in, or a cloud leaderboard.

5. Device Permissions and Network Access

Siluse is designed to operate offline and does not require special device permissions for its core functionality. The App does not require access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS, photos, or other sensitive device resources.

6. Children and Younger Users

Siluse is intended for users aged 13 years and older. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. There are no accounts, advertisements, behavioural tracking features, or user-to-user communication features in Siluse.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Game records and settings described in this policy are stored locally on the user's device for as long as the App's local storage remains available. Because Wohi does not receive or maintain this local information on its servers, Wohi does not hold a remote copy to delete.

Users can remove locally stored Siluse data using applicable in-app reset options, where available, by clearing the App's storage through Android device settings, or by uninstalling the App. Device or operating-system backup behavior, if enabled by the user or device provider, is controlled by that platform rather than by Wohi.

8. Security

Siluse minimizes privacy risk by avoiding the collection and transmission of personal and sensitive user data. Local game information is handled through the device's application storage mechanisms. Users should maintain appropriate security for their own devices.

9. Third-Party Services

Siluse is designed without third-party advertising or analytics services. If a future version introduces a service that changes how user data is accessed, collected, used, or shared, this Privacy Policy and the App's Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated as required before or alongside that change.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Wohi may update this Privacy Policy when Siluse changes or when legal or platform requirements change. Any revised policy will display an updated effective date. Material changes to the App's privacy practices will be reflected in the relevant App disclosures.
